The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for determining the available torque of a motor, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the current working torque of the motor is obtained; determining a current energy pool of the motor according to the working torque and a preset torque threshold value; the value of the energy pool is positively correlated with the surplus degree of the torque of the motor; determining available torque of the motor according to the current energy pool; wherein the available torque is the upper limit of the working torque. The energy pool concept is introduced to digitalize the surplus degree of the motor torque, and then the available torque is determined according to the current energy pool, so that when the working torque changes, the surplus degree of the torque changes along with the change of the working torque, and the available torque also dynamically changes along with the surplus degree of the torque, and therefore, real-time active regulation and control of the available torque can be realized; and the method has high adaptability to the real-time working condition of the motor.
