The invention discloses a distributed driving and braking integrated control system for intelligent driving and a fault processing method, and the control system comprises a hub motor, an electronic mechanical braking system, a brake pedal feeling simulator, an automatic driving system control unit, a driving and braking integrated control unit and a power supply storage battery, wherein the number of the hub motors is four, the four hub motors are assembled in hubs of four driving wheels of a vehicle body respectively, and the fault processing method comprises the steps that firstly, a fault driving function is started; 2, vehicle driving is not intervened; thirdly, target clamping force of each wheel is set; fourthly, anti-lock braking control is achieved; 5, when the first CAN communication module fails, processing is carried out; and 6, determining a control mode when the second CAN communication module fails. The method has the beneficial effects that the requirements of the intelligent driving and intelligent chassis technology for good layout flexibility, framework compatibility and control integration are met.

    本发明公开了一种面向智能驾驶的分布式驱制动一体化控制系统及故障处理方法,控制系统包括有轮毂电机、电子机械制动系统、制动踏板感觉模拟器、自动驾驶系统控制单元、驱制动一体化控制单元和供电蓄电池,其中轮毂电机设置有四个,四个轮毂电机分别装配在车体四个驱动轮的轮毂内,故障处理方法为:第一步、开启故障驾驶功能;第二步、不干预车辆行驶;第三步、设置各轮目标夹紧力;第四步、实现防抱死制动控制;第五步、当第一CAN通讯模块失效时的处理;第六步、当第二CAN通讯模块失效时的控制方式。有益效果:满足智能驾驶和智能底盘技术“布局灵活性、架构兼容性、控制集成性良好”的需求。
