When the battery pack is on fire, firefighters can put the device at the bottom of a vehicle, saw a large enough round hole in the shell of the battery pack and then use fire fighting equipment to be aligned with the round hole to spray water, the water can be directly sprayed into the battery pack, and compared with the prior art, the device is more beneficial to extinguishing fire in time.

    本发明提供了一种锯开式电池包破拆装置,属于电动汽车消防装置技术领域。它解决了现有电池包起火时无法将水直接喷进电池包内部进行灭火的问题。它包括箱体、设于箱体下部的可升降式支脚和设于箱体上方且水平设置的转盘,转盘上安装有若干竖直设置的盘锯,若干盘锯沿转盘的旋转中线均匀分布,箱体内设有用于驱动转盘和盘锯转动的第一电机,第一电机的输出轴贯穿转盘的中心向上伸出,输出轴与盘锯之间设有第一传动结构,输出轴与转盘之间设有第二传动结构。当电池包起火时,消防人员可将该装置放到车辆底部,将电池包壳体锯开足够大的圆孔,再使用消防设备对准圆孔进行喷水,能够直接将水喷进电池包内部,相比于现有技术更有利于及时灭火。
