The invention discloses a battery pack circuit breaking unit with a horizontally mounted relay. A main relay is a relay core body without a shell; the relay core body is of an integral structure formed by assembling a contact part and a magnetic circuit part in a manner that the contact part is arranged on the upper part and the magnetic circuit part is arranged on the lower part; the main relay is horizontally arranged in the shell, so that the contact part of the relay core body faces the side surface of the shell; a two-core high-voltage plug-in unit is integrated on the side surface of the shell and is connected with a contact part of the relay core body through a copper bar; the high-voltage sampling loop and the low-voltage control loop both adopt small copper bars, and the small copper bars are integrated on the shell. According to the invention, the cost is low, the heat dissipation performance is good, a switching copper bar and a locking bolt between the battery pack circuit break unit and the two-core high-voltage plug-in unit are omitted, the cost can be reduced, the temperature rise pressure of the battery pack circuit break unit is reduced, and meanwhile, the wireless harness design is adopted, so that the automatic assembly can be realized, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种继电器卧式安装的电池包断路单元,所述主继电器为无外壳的继电器芯体;所述继电器芯体是由触点部分和磁路部分以触点部分在上磁路部分在下分布方式组装在一起的整体式结构;所述主继电器为卧置方式安装在所述壳体中,从而使得所述继电器芯体的触点部分朝向壳体的侧面;所述壳体的侧面还同时集成有2芯高压插件并通过铜排连接继电器芯体的触点部分;所述高压采样回路和低压控制回路均采用小铜排,所述小铜排集成在所述壳体上。本发明成本低,散热性能好,并且取消电池包断路单元与2芯高压插件之间的转接铜排和锁付螺栓,可降低成本,减少电池包断路单元的温升压力,同时采用无线束化设计,可实现自动化装配,提高生产效率。
