The invention discloses a variable speed-limiting control method for a traffic bottleneck upstream lane under the arrangement of a special lane for a networked vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring the number of special lanes, the number of common lanes and vehicle information of each road section of a main line near a bottleneck area of an expressway provided with the special lane, and predicting the traffic density of each lane of each road section according to a traffic demand; and by taking the speed limit value of each lane as a control variable and taking the minimum total running time of vehicles in the expressway system as a control target, constructing a variable speed limit scheme of each lane in a bottleneck upstream area under the special lane setting. According to the method, the traffic efficiency reduction caused by lane change of a network connected vehicle group and the safety risk caused by frequent lane change under the condition of setting the special lane are reduced, so that the road traffic capacity under the condition of setting the special lane can be ensured to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开了一种网联车专用车道设置下交通瓶颈上游车道的可变限速控制方法,是在设有专用车道的快速路瓶颈区域附近采集主线各路段的专用车道数和普通车道数及车辆信息,并根据交通需求预测各路段各车道的交通密度,从而以各车道限速值为控制变量,以快速路系统车辆总运行时间最小为控制目标,构建专用车道设置下瓶颈上游区域各车道可变限速方案。本发明有助于减少专用车道设置下由于网联车群体换道导致的交通效率下降和频繁换道引起的安全风险,从而能最大限度的保证专用车道设置条件下道路通行能力。
