The invention relates to the technical field of rubber composite materials, and discloses a low-heat tire wire cord fabric rubber composition. The rubber composition comprises the following raw materials in terms of 100 parts by weight of raw rubber: 100 parts by weight of raw rubber, 50-65 parts by weight of a filler, 1-3 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, 1-5 parts by weight of a titanate coupling agent, 1-3 parts by weight of zinc borate, and a proper amount of a vulcanizing agent, an accelerant, a tackifier, cobalt salt, melamine resin, an anti-aging agent and a scorch retarder. The titanate coupling agent adopted by the invention has no influence on the bonding performance of the cord fabric rubber and a steel wire, can have a synergistic effect with the silane coupling agent under the condition of not increasing the production cost and the operation complexity, effectively reduces the heat generation of the cord fabric rubber, improves the dispersibility of the white carbon black and the bonding force with the rubber, and improves the wear resistance of the cord fabric rubber. The application problem of a high white carbon black formula in a cord fabric rubber formula is solved, so that the service life and the performance of a tire are improved.

    本发明涉及橡胶复合材料技术领域,公开了一种低生热的轮胎钢丝帘布胶橡胶组合物。所述橡胶组合物原料按生胶100重量份计包括以下组分:生胶:100重量份、填料:50~65重量份、硅烷偶联剂:1~3重量份、钛酸酯偶联剂:1~5重量份、硼酸锌:1~3重量份,以及适量的硫化剂、促进剂、增粘剂、钴盐、密胺树脂、防老剂和防焦剂。本发明采用的钛酸酯偶联剂对帘布胶与钢丝的粘合性能没有影响,能够在不增加生产成本和操作复杂度的情况下,与硅烷偶联剂有协同效果,有效降低帘布胶生热、提高白炭黑的分散性和与橡胶的结合力,解决了高白炭黑配方在帘布胶配方中的应用问题,进而提高轮胎的使用寿命和性能。
