A raw rubber system combiningnatural rubber and butadiene styrene rubber is adopted, modified N330 carbon black is adopted and white carbon black is used as a reinforcing system, and compounding agents such as a silane couplingagent KH-560, an adhesion promoter AIR-1 and the like are added into the formula to design the diagonal aircraft tire cord fabric hanging rubber with good adhesion performance. Results show that the self-adhesive property of the rubber material is moderate, and molding processing of an unvulcanized prefabricated semi-finished tire blank is facilitated; the rubber material is softer, so that cracksare not easy to generate when the cord fabric layer is glued and repeatedly deformed; the rubber material is good in fatigue resistance, low in heat generation, high in resilience value and good in dynamic bonding performance with nylon cords before and after aging, can prevent a tire body layer of the tire from delaminating and bulging, prolongs the service life of a diagonal aircraft tire, andimproves the safety performance of the diagonal aircraft tire.
本发明提供了一种斜交航空轮胎帘布层挂胶及其制备方法,属于高分子材料技术领域。本发明采用天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶并用的生胶体系,采用改性N330炭黑并用白炭黑作为补强体系,配方中加入硅烷偶联剂KH‑560、粘合增进剂AIR‑1等配合剂设计一种粘合性能好的斜交航空轮胎帘布层挂胶。结果表明,胶料的自粘性能适中,有利于未硫化预制半成品胎坯的成型加工;胶料比较柔软,帘布层挂胶在反复变形时不容易产生裂口;胶料老化前、老化后与锦纶帘线耐疲劳性能好、生热低、回弹值高,动态粘合性能好,可以防止轮胎胎体层脱层、鼓包,提高斜交航空轮胎的使用寿命和安全性能。
