The invention discloses an offshore floating type structure positioning and cable passing construction method which comprises the following steps: connecting anchor cables of a first gravity anchor and a third gravity anchor with an offshore floating type platform during low flat tide and rising tide; in the high flat tide and ebb tide period, anchor cables of the sixth gravity anchor and the seventh gravity anchor are connected with the offshore floating platform; during low flat tide and rising tide, anchor cables of the second gravity anchor and the fourth gravity anchor are connected with the offshore floating platform; in the high flat tide and ebb tide period, anchor cables of the fifth gravity anchor and the eighth gravity anchor are connected with the offshore floating platform; during low flat tide and rising tide, anchor cables of the ninth gravity anchor and the tenth gravity anchor are connected with the offshore floating platform; and during high flat tide and ebb tide, anchor cables of the eleventh gravity anchor and the twelfth gravity anchor are connected with the offshore floating platform. The floating transportation formation comprises an offshore floating platform, a first tug, two second tugs and a third tug. By means of the method, cable rotation of the offshore floating platform can be efficiently and smoothly achieved, and open caisson positioning can be smoothly and accurately conducted on the oversized open caisson.

    本申请公开一种海上浮式结构定位及过缆施工方法,包括:在低平潮及涨潮期间,将第一重力锚和第三重力锚的锚缆与海上浮式平台相连;在高平潮及退潮期间,将第六重力锚和第七重力锚的锚缆与海上浮式平台相连;在低平潮及涨潮期间,将第二重力锚和第四重力锚的锚缆与海上浮式平台相连;在高平潮及退潮期间,将第五重力锚和第八重力锚的锚缆与海上浮式平台相连;在低平潮及涨潮期间,将第九重力锚和第十重力锚的锚缆与海上浮式平台相连;在高平潮及退潮期间,将第十一重力锚和第十二重力锚的锚缆与海上浮式平台相连。浮运编队包括海上浮式平台、第一拖轮、两个第二拖轮和第三拖轮。该方法能高效顺利地实现海上浮式平台的转缆,使超大沉井顺利准确地进行沉井定位。
