The invention discloses a method for identifying a road adhesion coefficient during working of an anti-lock braking system (ABS), which comprises the following steps of: calculating the product of the maximum value of the slip rate at the pressure reduction stage of the ABS and the pressure reduction duration, and converting the obtained area scalar into the road adhesion coefficient by using a table look-up algorithm. And correcting the pavement adhesion coefficient mu d obtained by calculation in each pressure reduction process according to the pavement adhesion coefficient mu f when the ABS intervenes for the first time, so as to obtain a final pavement adhesion coefficient mu. When a vehicle provided with an ABS system is braked emergently, the identification method can accurately identify the adhesion coefficient of the road surface, provide accurate road surface feedback for an ABS control algorithm, ensure ABS control precision, enable the ABS system to utilize the adhesion coefficient of the road surface to the maximum extent, provide the maximum braking deceleration for the vehicle and avoid accidents. Meanwhile, the identification method is small in calculation amount, can be realized in a low-cost control system chip platform, and can be widely applied to various motor vehicle braking systems.

    本发明公开了一种防抱死制动系统工作时的路面附着系数识别方法,本发明通过计算ABS减压阶段滑移率最大值与减压时长的乘积,使用查表算法将得到的面积标量换算成路面附着系数。根据ABS首次介入时的路面附着系数μf对每一此减压过程计算得到的路面附着系数μd进行修正,得到最终路面附着系数μ。在装有ABS系统的车辆进行紧急制动时,本识别方法能够准确的识别出路面的附着系数,为ABS控制算法提供准确的路面反馈,保证ABS控制精度,使ABS系统最大化的利用路面附着系数,为车辆提供最大的制动减速度,避免事故发生。同时,本识别方法运算量小,可在低成本的控制系统芯片平台中实现,可以广泛应用于各种机动车辆制动系统中。
