The invention discloses a control method and device of a semi-active suspension system and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that according to the current wheel jump stroke and the wheel jump speed of a vehicle, the calibrated working current of an electric control shock absorber is determined; the current vehicle speed of the vehicle is obtained, a correction coefficient related to the current vehicle speed is determined, and the correction coefficient is decreased along with increasing of the current vehicle speed; the calibration working current is corrected based on the correction coefficient, and the target working current of the electric control shock absorber is obtained; and controlling the electric control shock absorber to work according to the target working current. The invention aims to consider trembling and noise generated when a vehicle passes through road conditions at different vehicle speeds and improve operation stability and riding comfort.
