According to the heavy-load wheel structure and the wheel main body machining process, raw materials of a wheel main body are subjected to primary forging in a thermal state through heating and force applying, after primary forging, precision forging plastic deformation is conducted, and then the forging process is completed through edge cutting and cooling. Then T6 heat treatment is conducted, the heat preservation temperature of solution treatment is 535 +/-5 DEG C, and the heat preservation time is 5.5 +/-0.5 h; the temperature of cooling water is 75-85 DEG C, the time from opening the furnace door to immersing the product into water is less than 29 seconds, and the time for immersing the product into water to cool is more than 80 seconds; and through machining, surface treatment and product detection process control, the machined wheel body is obtained. The device is relatively convenient to install; the aluminum alloy hub is high in impact resistance, tension resistance, thermal power resistance and the like; the bearing capacity and the structural safety are high; the requirement for high load of the wheel when the vehicle is seriously overloaded in the peak period of travel is met, localization of the heavy-load wheel special for the vehicle is achieved, and the manufacturing and operation and maintenance cost is further reduced.

    一种重载荷车轮结构及车轮主体加工工艺,该工艺通过加热和施加力量对车轮主体的原材料在热态下进行初锻,初锻后,进入精锻塑性变形,再经过切边,冷却完成锻造过程。随后进入T6热处理,固溶处理保温温度535±5℃,保温时间5.5±0.5小时;冷却水温75‑85℃,从炉门打开至产品浸入水中时间<29秒,浸入水中冷却时间>80秒;经机械加工和表面处理、产品检测过程控制,得到加工完毕后的车轮主体。本发明安装相对方便;坚固耐用,铝合金轮毂耐冲击力、抗张力及热力等各项强度高;承载能力与结构安全性强;满足车辆在出行高峰时段严重超载时车轮高载荷的需求,实现车辆专用重载车轮的国产化,进一步降低制造和运维成本。
