The invention discloses a test design method for a tire formula. The test design method comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of condition factors required by a tire formula test and the level number of each factor; setting a weight attribute of each level; initializing the input factor level and weight; searching a new group of test conditions, and investigating a first factor; obtaining a preset number of weight values of each level in the first factor, and taking the sum of the weight values as a score value of the level; obtaining weight values and score values of all levels of the first factor, and selecting the level with the minimum score value as the value of the first factor in the group of test conditions; repeating the step 3 and the step 4 until the factors of the group of test conditions all reach the level with the minimum weight value; judging whether the group of test conditions accords with a given prior constraint condition, if not, deleting the test conditions, and if so, retaining the test conditions; and repeating the step 2 to the step 6 to generate a new test condition until all factor level conditions are covered or the upper limit of the number of tests is reached.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎配方的试验设计方法,包括:确定轮胎配方试验所需的若干条件因素和每个因素的水平数;设置每个水平的权重属性;将输入的因素水平、权重初始化;寻找新一组的试验条件,考察第一个因素;获取第一个因素中每个水平的预置数量的权重值,权重值之和作为该水平的得分值;获取第一个因素的所有水平的权重值以及得分值,选择得分值最小的水平作为第一个因素在该组试验条件中的取值;重复步骤三与步骤四,直到该组试验条件的因素都取到权重值最小的水平;判断该组试验条件是否符合给定的先验的约束条件,若不符合则删除,若符合则保留;重复步骤二至步骤六,生成新的试验条件,直到覆盖到所有的因素水平情况或者达到了试验个数上限。
