The invention discloses an energy-saving tire tread formula. The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-60 parts of natural rubber, 30-70 parts of novel modified solution-polymerized butadiene styrene rubber, 20-50 parts of carbon black, 30-60 parts of a nanoscale silicon compound, 5-20 parts of softening oil, 3-5 parts of an anti-ageing agent and 1-5 parts of sulfur. According to the energy-saving tire tread formula, novel polymerized artificial rubber is introduced and is matched with the nanoscale silicon compound, so that the heat buildup property and the rolling resistance of a tire are greatly reduced, and therefore, a fuel-saving purpose is achieved.
