The invention discloses a testing device for testing multidirectional loading force of a hydraulic damper, and relates to the technical field of damper testing. According to the technical scheme, a damper to be tested is connected with a load sensor, a displacement sensor fixedly connected to a bearing platform of a cross beam bracket and a vertical actuation electric cylinder through an elastic band of the damper to be tested, and corresponding displacement and load signals are fed back by adjusting the vertical direction of a force application point and outputting real-time parameters; according to different test requirements, a damper to be tested is fixed and loaded in the vertical direction, and corresponding load adjustment and position adjustment in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction are carried out together with a horizontal actuation electric cylinder according to different test requirements; and based on direct measurement of the displacement of the to-be-tested damper and the loading force load by the load sensor and the displacement sensor, the working condition of the to-be-tested damper in the operation process of an aircraft rotor system is simulated, a multidirectional loading force test is performed on the to-be-tested damper, and a dynamic performance test and a durability test of the hydraulic damper are completed.

    本发明公开的一种测试液压阻尼器多向加载力的试验装置,涉及阻尼器测试技术领域。可以通过下述技术方案实现:待测阻尼器通过它的弹力带相连载荷传感器,固联在横梁托架承载平台上的位移传感器及垂直作动电动缸,对施力点的垂直方向调整及实时参数输出反馈相应的位移和载荷信号,实现待测阻尼器在竖直方向的固定及加载,并与水平作动电动缸一起,根据试验需求不同,分别进行水平方向和垂直方向的对应调节载荷及位置调整;并基于载荷传感器及位移传感器对待测阻尼器的位移及加载力载荷的直接测量,模拟待测阻尼器在飞行器旋翼系统运行过程的工况,对待测阻尼器进行多向加载力试验,完成液压阻尼器的动力性能试验及耐久性试验。
