The invention discloses an energy absorption structure filled with density gradient foamed aluminum. A conical tube is filled with foamed metal, and induction grooves are formed in the inner wall and the outer wall of the conical tube; when external impact acts on the energy absorption structure, the induction grooves can guide the impact force to be spread along a preset path of the structure, and the foam metal can absorb and disperse impact energy, so that the influence of the impact force on the structure is reduced, and the structure obtains a more stable and regular deformation mode and has higher specific energy absorption and load efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种填充密度梯度泡沫铝的吸能结构,圆锥管内填充有泡沫金属,并在圆锥管的内壁与外壁上设置诱导槽;当外部冲击作用于吸能结构时,诱导槽能够引导冲击力沿着结构的预定路径传播,泡沫金属能够吸收并分散冲击能量,从而减轻冲击力对结构的影响,使得结构获得更加稳定和规则的变形模式,具有更高的比吸能和载荷效率。
