The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of foam metal materials, and particularly relates to high-energy-absorption closed-cell foam aluminum and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, melting raw materials; 2, adding a tackifier into the molten raw materials, and stirring; 3, adding a foaming agent into the melt at a certain temperature, and stirring; 4, after the foaming agent is stirred, the foaming tank is sealed, inert gas is introduced, and the foamed aluminum reaches the maximum expansion height under the constant temperature and the constant pressure; and 5, cooling and solidifying the foaming cavity under constant pressure, and releasing pressure to obtain the closed-cell foamed aluminum. The average thickness-to-length ratio of bubble walls is increased and weak bubble walls with low thickness-to-length ratio are reduced through targeted regulation and control of material components and reduction of the pore size distribution range, so that the plastic deformation capacity is enhanced while the platform stress of the foamed aluminum is improved, a high and smooth platform deformation stage is shown, and the service life of the foamed aluminum is prolonged. And the specific energy absorption and the energy absorption efficiency of the material are synchronously improved.

    本发明属于泡沫金属材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种高吸能性闭孔泡沫铝及其制备方法。该制备方法步骤如下:步骤一:将原料熔化;步骤二:将增粘剂加入熔化的原料中并搅拌;步骤三:一定温度下向熔体中加入发泡剂进行搅拌;步骤四:发泡剂搅拌完成后将发泡罐密封并通入惰性气体,恒温恒压下直至泡沫铝达到最大膨胀高度;步骤五:恒压下将发泡腔冷却凝固,泄压得到闭孔泡沫铝。本发明通过针对性的调控材料成分和减小孔径分布范围,增大了气泡壁平均厚长比,并减少了厚长比值较低的弱气泡壁,使泡沫铝的平台应力提升的同时塑性变形能力增强,表现出高且平滑的平台变形阶段,使材料的比吸能和吸能效率同步提升。
