The invention discloses a nanofluid energy-absorbing material and application thereof. The nanofluid energy-absorbing material comprises water and hydrophobic nano aerogel in a weight ratio of 100: (2-10), the particle size of the hydrophobic nano aerogel is 10 +/-2 microns, the water contact angle is larger than or equal to 145 degrees, the density is 0.1 +/-0.05 g/cm < 3 >, and the pore diameter is 10-15 nm. Compared with an existing nanofluid energy absorption material, under the same unit volume energy absorption density or the same unit mass energy absorption density, the nanofluid energy absorption material provided by the invention is lower in solid-liquid mass ratio and lighter in mass, does not need to be added with a thickening agent, is easy to take out from a damaged metal thin-walled tube, and can be used for manufacturing a thin-walled tube. And the metal thin-walled tube is easier to recycle.

    本发明公开了一种纳米流体吸能材料及其应用,该纳米流体吸能材料包括重量比为100:2‑10的水和疏水型纳米气凝胶;疏水型纳米气凝胶粒径为10±2μm,水接触角≥145°,密度为0.1±0.05g/cm3,孔径为10‑15nm。相对现有的纳米流体吸能材料,相同的单位体积能量吸收密度或相同的单位质量能量吸收密度下,本发明提供的纳米流体吸能材料固液质量比更低,质量更轻,且无需添加增稠剂,易于从破损的金属薄壁管中取出,使金属薄壁管更容易回收利用。
