The invention discloses a lightweight repairable energy-absorbing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing tert-butyl methacrylate with aliphatic urethane acrylate to obtain a mixed material; and adding a photoinitiator into the mixed material, and performing stirring to obtain the lightweight repairable energy-absorbing material. The tert-butyl methacrylate and aliphatic urethane acrylate can be subjected to a double-bond condensation reaction under the action of the photoinitiator, so that chemical bondsare generated between macromolecules to form a cross-linked network, and therefore, the energy absorption capacity of the material is improved. Compared with a metal material, the lightweight repairable energy-absorbing material prepared by the method has the characteristics of low density, low structure manufacturing cost, easiness in 3D printing, high stretching rate, repairability and excellent energy-absorbing performance.
本发明公开一种轻量化可修复吸能材料及其制备方法与应用,所述制备方法包括步骤:将甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯与脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯混合,得到混合材料;向所述混合材料中加入光引发剂并搅拌,制得所述轻量化可修复吸能材料。所述的甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯与脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯在光引发剂的作用下可发生双键缩合反应,使高分子之间产生化学键形成交联网络,从而提高材料的能量吸收能力。通过本发明方法制备的轻量化可修复吸能材料相对于金属材料具有低密度、低结构制造成本、易于3D打印、拉伸率高、可修复且吸能性能优越的特性。
