The invention relates to an active cooling and energy comprehensive utilization system and an implementation method, the system comprises a storage tank, a spray cooling system and an active thermal control system, the spray cooling system extracts a low-temperature liquid propellant in the storage tank, and the wall surface of the storage tank is cooled in a spray form; a heat sink loop in the active thermal control system extracts a low-temperature gaseous propellant in a storage tank, and the low-temperature gaseous propellant flows through an intermediate heat exchanger through a pipeline to cool a heat exchange medium; the thermal control fluid loop collects heat of instruments and equipment in an aircraft cabin, the heat is brought into the intermediate heat exchanger through a pipeline, and heat dissipation is conducted through the heat exchange media, residual low-temperature propellants serve as a cold source, cooling is conducted on the storage box structure through spray cooling in the storage box, the heat protection cost is reduced, and the heat protection efficiency is improved. And the low-temperature propellant cold source and the active thermal control loop are subjected to heat exchange through the intermediate heat exchanger, so that a heat dissipation path is provided for instrument equipment, and the thermal management cost of the aircraft is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种主动冷却与能源综合利用系统及实现方法,该系统包括:贮箱、喷射冷却系统和主动热控系统,喷射冷却系统抽取贮箱内低温液态推进剂,通过喷雾形式对贮箱壁面进行冷却;主动热控系统中的热沉回路抽取贮箱内低温气态推进剂,通过管路流经中间换热器对换热介质进行冷却;热控流体回路将飞行器舱内仪器设备的热量进行收集,并通过管路带入中间换热器,通过所述换热介质进行散热,本发明利用剩余低温推进剂作为冷源,通过在贮箱内喷雾冷却为贮箱结构供冷,降低防热代价,并通过中间换热器将低温推进剂冷源与主动热控回路进行热交换,为仪器设备提供散热途径,从而减小飞行器热管理代价。
