According to the air outlet angle adjusting device, a threaded rod is driven to rotate through the driving effect of a second motor, then a connecting frame is driven to move up and down through a sliding block, a rack is driven to move up and down through the driving effect of a first electric telescopic rod, a gear is made to rotate, and then the angle of an air outlet can be adjusted; finally, revolution, up-and-down movement and angle adjustment of the air outlet are realized, and an omnibearing wind resistance test can be provided for the unmanned aerial vehicle body; and the unmanned aerial vehicle body can be protected and prevented from falling off, and the deflection degree of the unmanned aerial vehicle body can be detected under the action of a horizontal sensor.
