The invention relates to a vehicle capable of intelligently switching between a 6X4 driving mode and a 6X2 driving mode. The vehicle comprises a whole vehicle controller, a driving axle assembly and an axle controller. The drive axle assembly comprises a front axle, a drive system, a middle axle, a rear axle and a switching execution assembly, the middle axle comprises a middle axle transmission shaft, a middle axle speed reducer assembly and two middle axle half shafts, the rear axle comprises a rear axle transmission shaft, a rear axle speed reducer assembly and two rear axle half shafts, and the drive system is in drive connection with the middle axle transmission shaft. The switching execution assembly comprises an inter-axle differential lock, a half-axle clutch and a half-axle clutch actuator, the axle controller communicates with the whole vehicle controller through a CAN, and the axle controller comprises a road condition collecting module, a sensor set, a switching command receiving module, a condition judging module and a switching action control module. According to the vehicle, intelligent switching of the driving modes in the normal running process can be achieved, the dynamic property and economical efficiency are both considered on the premise that the whole vehicle is safe and reliable, and the invention further provides a method for intelligent switching of the 6X4 driving mode and the 6X2 driving mode.

    本发明涉及一种6X4与6X2驱动模式智能切换的车辆,其包括整车控制器、驱动桥总成和车桥控制器;驱动桥总成包括前桥、驱动系统、中桥、后桥和切换执行组件,中桥包括中桥传动轴、中桥减速器总成和两个中桥半轴,后桥包括后桥传动轴、后桥减速器总成和两个后桥半轴,驱动系统与中桥传动轴驱动连接,切换执行组件包括轴间差速锁、半轴离合器和半轴离合执行器,车桥控制器与整车控制器通过CAN通信,车桥控制器包括路况收集模块、传感器组、切换命令接受模块、条件判断模块和切换动作控制模块,该车辆可以实现正常行驶过程中驱动模式的智能切换,使得整车在满足安全、可靠的前提下兼顾了动力性与经济性,还提供了一种6X4与6X2驱动模式智能切换的方法。
