The invention discloses a ramp control method of an electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps: when the vehicle is in ramp slow descent, if the input of a vehicle accelerator is 0, a control loop is a rotating speed loop + acceleration control loop, when the vehicle is in ramp parking and if the vehicle speed is reverse, the control loop is switched to a rotating speed feed-forward + position control loop, and when the vehicle is in ramp starting, the control loop is switched to a position control loop; when the vehicle accelerator input is larger than 0, if the vehicle is powered on and parked, the motor output is recovered firstly, then the motor electric brake is closed, the control loop is a rotating speed loop, and if the vehicle is powered off and parked, the motor electric brake is closed, and the control loop is a rotating speed loop + position loop. A rotating speed ring, an acceleration control ring and a position control ring are combined, and through multi-loop control and switching logic, when a vehicle slowly descends on a ramp, uniform descending of the vehicle is achieved, when the vehicle is parked on the ramp, overshoot-free parking is achieved, and when the vehicle is started on the ramp, sliding-free starting or short-distance sliding starting is achieved. And the safety and comfort of ramp running of the golf cart are greatly improved.

    本发明公开一种电动车的坡道控制方法,当车辆处于坡道缓降时,若车辆加速器输入为0,控制环路为转速环+加速度控制环,当车辆处于坡道驻停时,若车辆速度出现反向时,控制环路切换到转速前馈+位置控制环,当车辆处于坡道起步时,车辆加速器输入大于0,若车辆为上电驻停,先恢复电机输出,再关闭电机电刹,控制环路为转速环,若车辆为下电驻停,关闭电机电刹,控制环路为转速环+位置环。结合转速环、加速度控制环和位置控制环,通过多环路控制和切换逻辑,当车辆处于坡道缓降时,实现车辆均匀下降,当车辆处于坡道驻停时,实现无超调驻停,当处于坡道起步时,实现无溜车启动或短距离溜车启动,大大地提高高尔夫球车坡道运行的安全性和舒适性。
