The invention discloses a device and a method for automatically compensating the assembly phase of an automobile tire. The invention relates to the technical field of automobile assembly, and discloses a grabbing device which comprises a control assembly and a grabbing assembly, and the grabbing assembly is fixedly connected to the head of the control assembly through a mounting sleeve; the control assembly comprises a frame, the top of the frame is fixedly connected with a flange connecting frame, and the tail of the frame is fixedly connected with a servo motor. The grabbing assembly comprises two clamping jaws, and at least one tightening gun is fixedly connected between the two clamping jaws. According to the automatic assembling device, the problem that an automatic assembling device for the automobile tire cannot adapt to tires of various specifications in the prior art is solved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车轮胎装配相位自动补偿的装置及方法。本发明涉及汽车装配技术领域,该发明包括:控制组件以及抓取组件,抓取组件通过安装套固定连接在控制组件的首部;控制组件包括框架,框架的顶部固定连接有法兰连接架,框架的尾部固定连接有伺服电机;抓取组件包括两个夹爪,两个夹爪之间固定连接有至少一个拧紧枪。通过本发明,解决了相关技术中汽车轮胎自动装配装置无法适配多种规格轮胎的问题。
