The invention provides a flight operation 4D (four-dimensional) monitoring and alarming method, which comprises the following steps of: connecting a flight operation data management system with an FOC (Flight Over Code) system in a Restful interface mode to obtain flight data and flight CFP (Call Forwarding Platform) data; connecting a flight operation data management system with an SKYLINK4.0 system to obtain airplane communication and addressing system data, and matching the airplane communication and addressing system data with flight CFP data to obtain first fusion data; docking the ADSB data in a message queue mode through a flight operation data management system, and matching flight data according to the aircraft number and the flight number to obtain second fusion data; and displaying the data in a form required by a 3D simulation page, displaying related data through the 3D simulation page, and displaying an alarm prompt in combination with CFP data. According to the invention, the aircraft monitoring condition is presented in real time; the emergency disposal capability of the plateau special complex route is improved; an important alarm information monitoring category is newly added; and an alarm mechanism is perfected.
