The navigation flight monitoring and early warning system comprises an ADS-B ground station cluster composed of a plurality of ADS-B ground stations, a WEB end which is combined with aGIS digital geographic information assembly to display a map, provides a three-dimensional and customizable real-time flight monitoring page and can send out early warning information, and anairborne terminal which is internally provided with anonline early warning judgment assembly,communicates with the WEB endthrough a mobile network or/and broadcast signals, and can perform early warning through an interface and an alarm assembly after receiving early warning information pushed by the WEB endin real time or/and after judging according to the received early warning information pushed by the WEB endin real time. The ADS-B site station is innovatively utilized, the construction cost is reduced, low-altitude flight specific factor requirements, civil aviation routes and civil aviation aircrafts are introduced into the system, and potential safety hazards at the junction of the high-altitude layer are effectively prevented. Moreover, the airborne equipment and the ground perform synchronous early warning, thereby avoiding the setting and instability of a conventional ground-air intercom mode, and achieving the navigation and flight integrated flight monitoring service.
一种通航飞行监视预警系统,包括由多个ADS‑B地面站设置组成的ADS‑B地面站集群;WEB端,该WEB端结合GIS数字地理信息组件显示地图展现,提供立体、可定制的实时飞行监视页面,且可发出预警信息;机载终端,内置在线预警判断组件,可通过移动网络或/和广播信号与WEB端进行通信,并可结合接收WEB端实时推送的预警信息后或/和内置在线预警判断组件依据接收WEB端实时推送的预警信息判断后,通过界面及报警组件预警。本发明创新利用ADS‑B地点站,减少建设成本,在系统中引入低空飞行特定因素需求及民航航线及民航航空器,有效防止高度层交接处的安全隐患。且机载设备与地面同步预警,避免了传统地空对讲模式的置后和不稳定,实现了通航飞行综合一体的飞行监视服务。
