The invention discloses a highway accident handling system and method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. A traffic control unmanned aerial vehicle is equipped with an RGB-D camera, a GPS positioning system, an autopilot, an airborne computer, a megaphone and a flashing light. An intelligent flight system, an accident identification system, a sparse mapping system, an information coding transmission system and an on-site supervision system are arranged in the system. The relay base station is equipped with the following devices: a parking apron, a mooring power supply and a wireless gateway; an unmanned aerial vehicle dispatching system and a data processing system are arranged in the dispatching center. The system is provided with a traffic control unmanned aerial vehicle-relay base station-dispatching center communication link, so that the real-time performance and stability of communication are ensured. According to the invention, the scene information perception capability of the unmanned aerial vehicle patrol system, the area coverage capability of the relay base station and the emergency rescue and dispersion capability of the traffic command center are combined, the rescue time is saved, the rescue pressure is reduced, the economic loss caused by highway traffic accidents is reduced, and the intelligent construction of current highways in China is promoted.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机的高速公路事故处理系统及方法,交管无人机配备RGB‑D相机、GPS定位系统、自动驾驶仪、机载电脑、喊话器、爆闪灯;内置智能飞行系统、事故识别系统、稀疏建图系统、信息编码传输系统、现场监管系统。中继基站配备有以下装置:停机坪、系留电源、无线网关;调度中心内置无人机调度系统和数据处理系统。系统配备“交管无人机——中继基站——调度中心”通信链路,保证通讯的实时性与稳定性。本发明结合无人机巡逻系统的场景信息感知能力,中继基站的区域覆盖能力和交通指挥中心的应急救援与疏导能力,在节约救援时间减少救援压力,降低高速公路交通事故所造成的经济损失,推动我国当前高速公路的智能化建设。
