The invention relates to a positioning method for realizing double-T plate hoisting through magnetic attraction. The positioning method comprises the following steps: step 1, paying off and measuring; 2, carrying beam base layer treatment; electromagnets are placed on the bearing beams, and each electromagnet is connected with a mutual inductance coil; 3, prefabricated double-T plates enter the field; fourthly, the truck crane is in place, and the double-T plate is hoisted to a proper position; 5, double-T plate hoisting positioning control is carried out; the electromagnet is powered on, the servo motor is controlled to work through the remote control switch to drive the rolling tongue to adjust the position of the mutual induction coil, the intensity of electromagnetic force is adjusted, an embedded part located on the double-T-plate component is attracted, and adjustment of the position of the double-T-plate component is achieved. The magnitude of induced electromotive force is adjusted through the mutual inductance phenomenon, so that the magnitude of current is adjusted, then the intensity of the magnetic force of the electromagnet is adjusted, and accurate control is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种通过磁吸实现双T板吊装的定位方法,步骤一:放线测量;步骤二:担梁基层处理;在担梁上放置电磁铁,每个电磁铁连接一个互感线圈;步骤三:预制双T板进场;步骤四:汽车吊就位,将双T板吊装至合适位置;步骤五:双T板吊装定位控制;对电磁铁进行通电,通过远程遥控开关控制伺服电机工作带动卷舌调整互感线圈位置,来调节电磁力的强弱,吸引位于双T板构件上的预埋件,实现双T板构件位置的调整。本发明通过互感现象调整感应电动势的大小,从而调整电流的大小继而调整电磁铁磁力的强弱,实现精准控制。
