The invention relates to the fields of hoisting and transportation, especially to a method for realizing deviation adjustment in double-hook hoisting. Specifically, the invention discloses a method for maintaining horizontal deviation of two hoisting points of a project in a controllable range so as to prevent the project from falling off from a high altitude. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing; (2) assembling a deviation adjusting device; (3) debugging the deviation adjusting device; and (4) hoisting. According to the invention, a gravity switch and an alarm are assembled to realize safe and accurate recognition and adjustment of a drop between the two hooks during double-hook hoisting, so as to ensure safe hoisting and improve efficiency.
