The invention discloses a primary suspension structure for a railway vehicle. The primary suspension structure comprises a steel spring module, the steel spring module comprises a first spring and a second spring; the lower spacer ring structure comprises a lower cover plate and a spacer ring fixed on the lower cover plate; an anti-vibration pad module is arranged below the lower spacer ring structure; the anti-vibration pad module comprises a metal core shaft which is used for fixing a first spring and a second spring in the steel spring module; the anti-vibration pad is made of a rubber material; the metal core shaft comprises a base arranged below the distance ring and a metal core shaft integrally connected with the base; threads are arranged in the metal mandrel, the base is made of a steel plate, and the base and the anti-vibration pad are vulcanized. The hollow backstop is arranged in the middle of the upper cover plate; a round hole is formed in the middle of the upper cover plate and is communicated with the hollow backstop; positioning pins are symmetrically arranged close to the outer edge of the upper cover plate; the positioning pin is in interference fit with the upper cover plate; and the elastic backstop is connected with the metal mandrel through a bolt. The service life of parts is guaranteed, and zero abrasion of main parts is achieved.
本发明一种轨道车辆用一系悬挂结构,包括钢弹簧模块;钢弹簧模块包括第一弹簧和第二弹簧;下隔环结构包括下盖板及固定在下盖板上的隔环;在下隔环结构的下方设置有减振垫模块;减振垫模块包括金属芯轴,用于对钢弹簧模块里的第一弹簧和第二弹簧进行固定;及减振垫,减振垫采用橡胶材质;金属芯轴包括设置在隔环下方的底座以及底座一体连接的金属芯轴;金属芯轴内部设置有螺纹,底座采用钢板,底座与减振垫硫化组成;置在上盖板中间位置的中空止挡;上盖板中间设置圆孔,与中空止挡相贯通;在上盖板靠近外边缘对称设置有定位销;定位销与上盖板过盈配合;弹性止挡与金属芯轴通过螺栓相连接。本发明保证零件的使用寿命,实现主要部件的零磨损。
