The invention discloses a secondary locking and unlocking control method based on a battery swap station. The secondary locking and unlocking control method comprises a secondary cap recognition state, a locking and unlocking control judgment state and a locking processing state in a manual mode. The secondary cap recognition, the locking and unlocking state and the locking state in the manual mode are control methods in the battery replacement process. By means of the method, the safety is considered, and the battery replacement success rate under the conditions that the matching positioning of a platform and a vehicle is not accurate or screw loose of a bolt occurs or a gun head is abraded is effectively increased at the same time; and meanwhile, under the condition that the bolt is tightened, a vehicle battery replacement completion leaving signal is provided, so that the battery replacement safety is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于换电站的二次加解锁控制方法,包括二次认帽、加解锁控制判断状态和手动模式下加锁处理状态;所述二次认帽、加解锁状态和手动模式下加锁状态为换电过程中控制方法,采用该方法在兼顾安全性的同时有效提高因平台与车辆配合定位不精确或出现螺栓滑牙,枪头磨损情况下的换电成功率;同时确保螺栓在加紧情况下给到车辆换电完成驶离信号,从而提升换电的安全性。
