The invention discloses a high-efficiency heat exchange structure which comprises an air conditioner compressor, an air conditioner condenser, an air conditioner expansion valve, an air conditioner evaporator, a cab air blower, a refrigerant heat exchanger, a cab, a cab temperature and humidity sensor, an air duct air blower, an air duct stop valve, an air blowing opening, an environment temperature sensor, a controller and a radiator. An air exchange opening of the cab is sequentially connected with an air duct blower, an air duct stop valve and an air blowing opening through an air duct, and a circulation connector A of an air conditioner evaporator is sequentially connected with a refrigerant heat exchanger, an air conditioner compressor, an air conditioner condenser, an air conditioner expansion valve and a circulation connector B of the air conditioner evaporator through refrigerant pipes. Particularly, when the temperature of the environment exceeds the designed temperature of the heat dissipation system, the air inlet temperature of the radiator is reduced through low-temperature refrigerants and low-temperature air generated by the air conditioner, and therefore the heat exchange efficiency of the radiator is improved.

    本发明公开一种高效率换热结构,包括:空调压缩机、空调冷凝器、空调膨胀阀、空调蒸发器、驾驶室鼓风机、冷媒换热器、驾驶室、驾驶室温湿度传感器、风道鼓风机、风道截止阀、吹风口、环境温度传感器、控制器、散热器,驾驶室的换风口通过风道依次与风道鼓风机、风道截止阀、吹风口连接,空调蒸发器的循环接口A通过冷媒管依次与冷媒换热器、空调压缩机、空调冷凝器、空调膨胀阀、空调蒸发器的循环接口B连接,本发明提升工程机械在高温环境的适应性,尤其是当环境超过散热系统设计温度的情况,利用空调的产生的低温冷媒和低温空气,来降低散热器的进风温度,从而提升散热器的换热效率。
