The invention discloses a pallet fork assembly, a storage robot, a carrying system and a storage system, relates to the technical field of storage logistics equipment, and aims to solve the technical problem that the existing storage robot is low in warehouse-in and warehouse-out efficiency. The pallet fork assembly comprises a pallet fork base plate, a telescopic mechanism, a goods taking mechanism and a bearing mechanism; the goods taking mechanism is arranged on the telescopic mechanism, the telescopic mechanism is arranged on the pallet fork base plate, and the telescopic mechanism drives the goods taking mechanism to move in the first direction; the goods taking mechanism comprises a goods taking part; the goods taking part can move in the second direction and is connected with or propped against or separated from the material box; the bearing mechanism is arranged on the pallet fork base plate and comprises a plurality of bearing assemblies, and when the bearing mechanism is configured to be in the first state, the bearing assemblies bear the material box; and when the bearing mechanism is configured to be in the second state, each bearing assembly is separated from the material box. According to the pallet fork assembly disclosed by the invention, different box placing actions can be adopted according to different box placing positions, and the material box warehouse-in and warehouse-out efficiency is improved.
