The invention discloses a multi-element load aggregator-oriented electric vehicle charging and discharging method and system and a medium. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining related parameters and data of a distributed power supply, a multi-element load and an electric vehicle; fitting a load curve by adopting a spline interpolation method based on the obtained multivariate load data and optimizing until the peak-valley difference of the load curve meets a constraint condition, and outputting the total charging and discharging power arrangement of the electric vehicle under the condition; and outputting a charging and discharging management strategy of the charging and discharging vehicles participating in interaction in the interaction time period by taking the gatherer income maximization and the electric vehicle user expenditure minimization as optimization objectives. The method overcomes the limitation in the aspect of load curve peak clipping and valley filling, and maximizes the gatherer income and minimizes the user expenditure while guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the system.
