The invention discloses an elevator energy recovery system and method, and belongs to the technical field of energy recovery. The method comprises the steps that the voltage level and the current direction of a direct-current bus of a frequency converter are detected; the control module is used for calculating and judging the received detection data so as to determine the running state of the elevator and outputting a control signal to the charging module or the inversion module according to the judged running state; when a charging control signal of the control module is received, the energy storage module is charged to recover energy; when a power supply control signal of the control module is received, the direct current in the energy storage module is inverted into the alternating current required by the load module to be output; storing regenerated energy on a direct-current bus of the frequency converter; high-capacity soft package lithium cells are adopted and are connected in series and in parallel to form a battery pack with the output voltage of 28.8 V and the capacity of 150Ah; and the power supply module receives the alternating current output by the inversion module and supplies the alternating current to an internal or external load according to use requirements. The energy recovery efficiency of the elevator is improved.

    本申请公开了一种升降机能量回收系统及方法,属于能量回收技术领域,包括:检测变频器直流母线的电压电平和电流方向;对接收的检测数据进行运算和判断,以确定升降机的运行状态,并根据判断出的运行状态向充电模块或逆变模块输出控制信号;在接收到控制模块的充电控制信号时,对储能模块进行充电以回收能量;在接收到控制模块的供电控制信号时,将储能模块中的直流电逆变为负载模块所需的交流电进行输出;存储变频器直流母线上的再生能量;采用大容量软包锂电芯,通过串联并联连接构成输出电压为28.8V,容量为150Ah的电池组;接收逆变模块输出的交流电,并根据使用需求将交流电提供给内部或外部的负载。本申请提高了升降机的能量回收效率。
