The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical engineering, and particularly relates to an elevator energy recovery device and method. Four supporting steel columns are fixedly connected to the top of the elevator base; the top ends of the supporting steel columns are fixedly connected with a supporting top plate. A traction machine is mounted at the top of the supporting top plate; an elevator car is arranged between the elevator base and the supporting top plate; a traction rope is arranged between the traction machine and a pulley at the top of the elevator car; through the structural design that an elevator car can drive a positioning block to move downwards in the downward movement process under the influence of gravitational potential energy, and then a driven ratchet wheel can be driven to rotate through blocking of a reverse toothed plate, electric energy can be generated through the driven ratchet wheel in the elevator running process, and the electric energy can be generated through the driven ratchet wheel. And therefore, the function of providing energy for a ventilating fan and a lighting system in the elevator car is achieved, and the problem that a traditional elevator does not reasonably utilize gravitational potential energy for energy recovery is effectively solved.

    本发明属于机械工程技术领域,具体的说是一种电梯能量回收装置及回收方法,包括电梯底座;所述电梯底座的顶部固接有四个支撑钢柱;所述支撑钢柱的顶端固接有支撑顶板;所述支撑顶板的顶部安装有曳引机;所述电梯底座与支撑顶板之间设有电梯轿厢;所述曳引机与电梯轿厢顶部的滑轮之间设有曳引绳;通过电梯轿厢受到重力势能的影响,向下运动的过程中,可带动定位块向下移动,进而通过反向齿板的阻挡可带动从动棘轮转动的结构设计,实现了在电梯运行的过程中,可通过从动棘轮产生电能,进而为电梯轿厢内部的换气扇以及照明系统提供能源的功能,有效地解决了传统的电梯未合理利用重力势能,进行能源回收的问题。
