The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-density graphite-based dissipative heat-proof composite material, and relates to a preparation method of a graphite-based dissipative heat-proof composite material. The problems that an existing heat dissipation and protection composite material is high in cost and a graphite heat dissipation and protection composite material is poor in ablation resistance are solved. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the multi-element dissipation agent raw materials, uniformly mixing, filling into a graphite crucible, processing the high-density graphite matrix into a shape to be prepared, mounting on a draw bar of a vacuum infiltration furnace, preparing dissipation agent alloy melt, and immersing the graphite matrix in the dissipation agent alloy melt to obtain the high-density graphite-based dissipation heat-proof composite material. The high-density graphite-based dissipation heat-proof composite material is prepared by utilizing a vacuum infiltration method, high-purity graphite is taken as a matrix, alloy components of a dissipation agent are adjusted, so that the dissipation agent and the graphite matrix are wetted, and the ablation resistance of a workpiece is improved. The material can be used for preparing components such as aircraft engine nozzle throat liners, flying nose cones and wing leading edges.

    一种高密度石墨基耗散防热复合材料的制备方法,涉及一种石墨基耗散防热复合材料的制备方法。为了解决现有的耗散防热复合材料成本高以及石墨耗散防热复合材料抗烧蚀性能差的问题。制备方法:称取多元耗散剂原料混合均匀后装入石墨坩埚中,将高密度石墨基体加工成欲制备的形状安装到真空熔渗炉的提拉杆上,制备耗散剂合金熔液并将石墨基体浸没在耗散剂合金熔液中得到高密度石墨基耗散防热复合材料。本发明利用真空熔渗法制备高密度石墨基耗散防热复合材料,将高纯石墨作为基体,调整耗散剂合金成分,使耗散剂与石墨基体润湿并提高工件的抗烧蚀性能。可用于制备飞行器发动机喷管喉衬、飞行的器鼻锥和翼前缘等构件。
