The invention discloses an FPSO steel wire rope variable amplitude type deck crane complete machine hoisting method. The method comprises the following steps that a, a long hoisting bar and a short hoisting bar which are appropriate in length and load are designed according to deck crane data; b, selecting steel wire ropes and shackles with corresponding lengths and loads according to deck crane data; c, assembling a crane A-shaped frame, a rotating mechanism, a suspension arm, a variable-amplitude steel wire rope and a lifting hook at a wharf; d, assembling of all lifting bars, steel wire ropes and shackles for lifting is completed at a wharf; e, the sea crane is berthed to a wharf, and all the lifting levers, the steel wire ropes and the shackles for lifting are lifted; f, the shackle at the lowermost end is connected with a hoisting lug of a crane; and g, the deck crane is hoisted by the sea crane and hoisted to the FPSO to complete crane installation. According to the method, the overall hoisting requirement of the deck crane can be met, the operation frequency of a sea crane is reduced, the assembling operation efficiency of the crane is improved, and the high-altitude operation risk of assembling the deck crane on a ship is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种FPSO钢丝绳变幅式甲板吊车整机吊装方法,包括以下步骤:a、根据甲板吊车数据设计长度、载荷合适的长吊杠与短吊杠;b、根据甲板吊车数据选取对应长度、载荷的钢丝绳、卸扣;c、在码头完成吊车A字架、旋转机构、吊臂、变幅钢丝绳、吊钩的组装;d、在码头完成所有吊装用吊杠、钢丝绳、卸扣的组装;e、海吊靠泊到码头,并吊起所有吊装用吊杠、钢丝绳、卸扣;f、连接最下端卸扣与吊车吊装吊耳;g、海吊吊起甲板吊车并吊装至FPSO上完成吊车安装。本发明方法,可以满足甲板吊车的整机吊装要求,减少了海吊的作业次数,提高吊车组装作业效率,降低了甲板吊车在船上组装的高空作业风险。
