    本发明公开了一种用于高炉炉内冷却壁的安装机构及施工方法,属于高炉建设工程施工工艺装备设计制造工艺技术领域。提供一种安装效率高,安装成本显著降低的用于高炉炉内冷却壁的安装机构及施工方法。所述的安装机构包括支撑安装架、起吊安装组件和旋转吊装装置,旋转吊装装置固装在支撑安装架的几何中心处,起吊安装组件通过支撑安装架沿周向可往复移动的固装在高炉炉内的顶部;需要安装的冷却壁通过旋转吊装装置在起吊安装组件的配合下固装到高炉炉内的侧壁上。能在保证工期、安全、质量的前提下,确保了项目的顺利实施,本申请的安装机构直接采用吊盘材料,成本低,一个工程完结后可以拆卸后转移至其它工程重复使用,进一步的降低生产成本。
