The invention discloses a modular mounting method for a blast furnace downcomer, belongs to the field of pipeline hoisting, and aims to improve the hoisting efficiency and reduce the cost. The method comprises the steps that firstly, downcomers are spliced and welded into a whole in a segmented mode on the ground; the inclined ladder is spliced and welded into a whole in sections on the ground, and the inclined ladder is installed on the downcomer; a pressure equalizing pipe support is manufactured on the ground, and the pressure equalizing pipe support is installed on the downcomer; splicing and welding the pressure-equalizing pipeline into a whole on the ground in sections, and mounting the pressure-equalizing pipeline on the pressure-equalizing pipe bracket; 2, carrying out three-dimensional modeling on the downcomer with an inclined ladder, a pressure equalizing pipe bracket and a pressure equalizing pipeline, and determining the position of a gravity center, the position of a lifting lug and the length of a steel wire rope; 3, mounting a lifting lug at the position of the lifting lug calculated through modeling, and mounting a hoisting steel wire rope with the determined length; and 4, hoisting. According to the invention, the hoisting frequency is greatly reduced, the hoisting efficiency is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, the machine team of large machinery is saved, and the cost is reduced.
本发明高炉下降管模块化安装方法,属于管道吊装领域,目的是提高吊装效率,降低成本。步骤一、在地面将下降管分段拼装并焊接成一个整体;在地面将斜梯分段拼装并焊接成整体,并将斜梯安装到下降管上;在地面将均压管支架制作完成,并将均压管支架安装到下降管上;在地面将均压管道分段拼装且焊接成整体,并将均压管道安装到均压管支架上;步骤二、对附带有斜梯、均压管支架和均压管道的下降管进行三维建模,确定重心位置、吊耳位置和钢丝绳长度;步骤三、在建模计算出的吊耳位置安装上吊耳,并安装上确定好长度的吊装钢丝绳;步骤四、吊装。本发明,大大减少了吊装次数,极大提升了吊装效率,节省施工工期,节约了大型机械台班,降低了成本。
