The invention discloses an environment-friendly and energy-saving elevator and an intelligent manufacturing process thereof.The environment-friendly and energy-saving elevator comprises an elevator car and a weight adjusting device, and the weight adjusting device comprises a water storage box installed on the elevator car and an external box used for being installed on the top of an elevator shaft; a first water pump and a second water pump are arranged in the external box body, the first water pump is provided with a water outlet pipe, the second water pump is provided with a water inlet pipe, the first water pump is used for conveying water to the water storage box body, and the second water pump is used for pumping water in the water storage box body into the external box body. According to the elevator balancing weight adjusting device, the difference value between the elevator balancing weight and the actual weight of the elevator car can be adjusted, and more energy is saved when an elevator runs in the small load period.

    本申请公开了一种环保节能型电梯及其智能化制造工艺,环保节能型电梯包括电梯轿厢和重量调节装置,所述重量调节装置包括安装于所述电梯轿厢的蓄水箱体及用于安装在电梯井顶部的外置箱体,所述外置箱体内设有第一水泵和第二水泵,所述第一水泵设有出水管,所述第二水泵具有进水管,所述第一水泵用于对所述蓄水箱体输水,所述第二水泵用于将所述蓄水箱体内的水抽吸至所述外置箱体内。本申请具能够调节电梯配重块与电梯轿厢实际重量之间的差值,使电梯在较小负载时段运行时更为节能。
