The invention provides a microgravity simulation platform and a use method. The microgravity simulation platform comprises a rigid frame, a motor, a gravity unloading device and a weak elastic rope, optical shafts are arranged at the top of the rigid frame, the gravity unloading device is installed on the optical shafts in a sliding mode, a motor is arranged on the gravity unloading device, one end of the weak elastic rope is connected with an output shaft of the motor, and the other end of the weak elastic rope is connected with the robot model. The microgravity simulation platform is used for simulating movement of astronauts or robots in a weightlessness environment, and gravity unloading of multi-terminal robots is achieved by adopting the scheme that motors pull weak elastic ropes.
