The invention relates to a vehicle RCS modular layout method capable of being rapidly detected and maintained, and belongs to the field of aerospace transportation and the technical field of reusable heaven and earth back-and-forth transportation. Determining the structural classification of the RCS, including an RCS engine, an RCS tank and a diaphragm valve; the RCS engine is modularly designed into an engine module, and layout design is carried out; a portable out-cabin butt joint layout of the engine module and the cabin body is designed; designing a portable out-cabin butt joint layout of the engine module and the in-cabin structure; the RCS storage tank and the diaphragm valve are modularly designed into a storage tank module; a portable out-cabin butt joint layout of the storage box module, the cabin body and the in-cabin structure is designed; a skin cover plate is additionally arranged at the position, corresponding to the engine module and the storage box module, of the outer wall of the cabin body to achieve covering protection; according to the RCS modular layout scheme, main products of the RCS system can be disassembled, assembled and replaced conveniently in an external field, and rapid turnover launching of a reusable carrier is powerfully supported after engineering implementation.

    本发明涉及一种可快速检测维护的运载器RCS模块化布局方法,属于航天运输领域及重复使用天地往返运输技术领域;确定RCS的结构分类,包括RCS发动机、RCS贮箱和膜片阀;将RCS发动机模块化设计为发动机模块,并进行布局设计;设计发动机模块与舱体的便捷式舱外对接布局;设计发动机模块与舱内结构的便捷式舱外对接布局;将RCS贮箱和膜片阀模块化设计为贮箱模块;设计贮箱模块与舱体、舱内结构的便捷式舱外对接布局;在舱体外壁对应发动机模块和贮箱模块的位置加装蒙皮盖板,实现覆盖保护;本发明设计一种RCS模块化布局方案,可在外场便捷实现RCS系统主要产品拆装更换,工程实施后有力支撑重复使用运载器快速周转发射的实现。
