Fixed blocks which are uniformly distributed along the circumference are arranged on the outer side arc-shaped surface of a hub; a gap is reserved between every two adjacent fixed blocks; arc-shaped elastic steel sheets are arranged above the fixed blocks; a first bending part and a second bending part are respectively arranged at two ends of the arc-shaped elastic steel sheets; hooks which are distributed side by side are arranged in the middle of the arc-shaped elastic steel sheets; the hooks are arranged on the faces, consistent with the advancing direction of an automobile, of the arc-shaped elastic steel sheets; connecting parts are fixedly connected with first threaded holes through bolts; the outer sides of the arc-shaped elastic steel sheets are wrapped with abrasion-proof pads formed through injection molding, and the abrasion-proof pads make close contact with the top ends of the arc-shaped elastic steel sheets. The problems that when an existing pneumatic tire is replaced, the tire needs to be detached, the replacement difficulty is large, the replacement process is tedious, and the required replacement time is long are solved.
