The invention provides a method and device for obtaining available discharge power of a battery and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: detecting an acceleration stage of the vehicle in real time when the vehicle enters an acceleration working condition; when the acceleration stage is in a first acceleration stage, available discharge power is obtained through a BMS; when the acceleration stage is in a second acceleration stage, the available discharge power is obtained through the HCU; the second acceleration stage is located after the first acceleration stage; wherein the step of obtaining the available discharge power comprises the substeps of determining the available discharge power corresponding to the current stage based on the current minimum battery cell voltage, the voltage threshold upper limit and the voltage threshold lower limit of the battery pack; according to the method, the obtaining work of the available discharge power of the partial acceleration working condition is executed by the HCU, and the available discharge power of the current stage is determined through the minimum cell voltage, so that the workload of the BMS is reduced, and the working efficiency of the BMS is improved.
