The invention discloses a congestion identification and prediction method based on vehicle-road collaborative fusion perception and traffic simulation. According to the method, the problems that the sensing distance of the intelligent network connection vehicle is short and the coverage of the roadside sensor is incomplete can be solved, and events such as construction and traffic accidents on the road are identified by combining the target detection results of the intelligent network connection vehicle and the roadside sensor; a mathematical model is used for discriminating and analyzing the traffic capacity of an intersection/road section/lane under the influence of construction, traffic accidents and other events, and whether the current state is in a traffic jam state is judged; through fusing target structured data sensed by a vehicle end and a road side, information such as positions and speeds of all traffic participants in an area is identified, and then a traffic simulation model is used to predict a change trend of the number of vehicles passing through each intersection/road section/lane in a future period of time; and in combination with the traffic capacity change of the intersection/road section/lane, predicting the place and starting time of traffic jam in advance.

    本发明公开了一种基于车路协同融合感知和交通仿真的拥堵识别和预测方法。该方法能够克服智能网联车辆感知距离近、路侧传感器覆盖不完善的问题,通过结合智能网联车辆和路侧传感器的目标检测结果,识别道路上的施工、交通事故等事件,通过使用数学模型判别分析施工、交通事故等事件影响下路口/路段/车道交通通行能力,并判断当前是否处于交通拥堵状态;通过融合车端和路侧感知的目标结构化数据,识别区域内所有交通参与者的位置、速度等信息,进而使用交通仿真模型预测未来一段时间每个路口/路段/车道通行的车辆数量变化趋势;结合路口/路段/车道的通行能力变化,提前预知发生交通拥堵的地点和起始时间。
