    本发明属于车辆装配技术领域,具体公开一种浮动举升式电池合装AGV及其电池安装方法,包括车体,车体上设置有浮动升降组件,浮动升降组件包括驱动电机、丝杠、剪叉臂、浮动底板和浮动顶板,驱动电机驱动连接丝杆,丝杆螺纹连接于剪叉臂,并驱动剪叉臂横向移动及折叠升降;浮动底板固定连接于剪叉臂上端,浮动顶板滑动连接于浮动底板,浮动底板下侧设置有锁止组件;锁止组件包括固定座和活动升降件,剪叉臂包括剪叉杆和铰接杆,浮动底板上设置有导孔,浮动顶板上对应倒孔设置有锁止孔,固定座固定连接于浮动底板,活动升降件上下滑动连接于固定座且上端可穿过浮动顶板的锁止孔;可便捷调整电池包的位置和角度,提高电池安装效率。
