By arranging the driving assembly, under meshing transmission between bevel gear sets, a first motor can drive two rotating shafts to drive a transmission wheel cylinder to rotate so as to drive a limiting opening block to move on a bridge frame beam; by arranging a double-bevel-gear-set meshing transmission structure, a single motor can drive four transmission wheels to rotate synchronously, and the moving stability of the limiting opening block is improved; by arranging the positioning assembly, the second motor drives the screw rod to rotate so that the positioning plate can move downwards to be attached to the bridge frame beam to achieve the speed reduction effect, and the cost of the device is fully reduced through single-motor driving.

    本发明公开了一种稳定型冶金桥式起重机,属于桥式起重机技术领域,包括桥架梁,所述桥架梁的内部开设有移动槽,移动槽的内部嵌有连接块,连接块的顶部连接有限位口块,限位口块的内部嵌有驱动组件,限位口块的顶部设置有定位组件,本发明通过设置驱动组件,在锥齿轮组之间的啮合传动下,电机一可驱动两个转轴带动传动轮筒旋转带动限位口块于桥架梁上移动;本发明通过设置双锥齿轮组啮合传动结构,可使单电机驱动四个传动轮同步转动,提高了限位口块的移动稳定性;本发明通过设置定位组件,电机二驱动螺杆旋转可使定位板下移与桥架梁相贴达到减速作用,单电机驱动充分降低了装置的成本。
