The invention discloses a booster station component hoisting construction method, which comprises the following steps of: binding two ends of a radiator by a hoisting belt of a crane, horizontally hoisting the radiator from a transportation frame to a booster station radiator hoisting inclined device, and horizontally placing the radiator; the radiator is overturned from a horizontal inclined state to a vertical state through the booster station radiator hoisting inclined device without relative displacement friction, and after the radiator is overturned to be vertical, the booster station radiator oil port plugging piece seals and plugs a bottom oil port of the radiator, so that the hoisting construction process of oil-leakage-free plugging is achieved. In the process that the radiator is converted into the vertical state from the horizontal state, the bottom of the radiator is in contact bearing with the bearing plate, the two side faces of the radiator are clamped by the clamping blocks, it is guaranteed that the top face of the radiator and the back face of the ground are tightly attached to the containing plate, and the situation that the top end of the radiator is lifted while the bottom end of the radiator is still in contact with sleepers is avoided; when the radiator shakes, the radiator and the placing plate do not generate relative displacement friction, and the problem that the bottom of the radiator slides, displaces, rubs and is damaged when the radiator shakes is solved.

    本申请公开了一种升压站构件吊装施工方法,包括步骤如下:吊车吊带捆绑散热器两端从运输架上水平吊起到升压站散热器吊装斜起装置上水平放置,散热器通过升压站散热器吊装斜起装置从水平斜起翻转至竖直状态不发生相对位移摩擦,散热器翻起为竖直后,升压站散热器油口堵住件对散热器的底部油口密封塞住实现不漏油封堵的吊装施工过程。散热器从水平状态转为竖直状态过程中,散热器底部获得承接板接触承接,散热器两侧面获得夹紧块夹紧,保证散热器顶面及地面的背面紧贴在放置板上,避免出现散热器顶端吊起而底端还与枕木接触的情况,在出现晃动时散热器与放置板不会发生相对位移摩擦,解决了晃动时散热器底部会与枕木滑动位移摩擦损坏的问题。
