The invention discloses a four-point lifting device for a large offshore booster station. The four-point lifting device comprises a lifting frame, four upper lifting belts and four lower lifting belts. The plane of the hoisting frame is rectangular, and the hoisting frame comprises two cross beams, two longitudinal beams and four middle connecting assemblies which are connected between the two ends of the two cross beams and the two ends of the two longitudinal beams in a one-to-one correspondence manner; each cross beam and each longitudinal beam comprise two end sections and a middle beam section connected between the two end sections; the middle beam section is formed by splicing a plurality of middle pipe sections through flange plates; each middle connecting assembly comprises a middle connecting piece, an upper pin shaft sleeve piece, a lower pin shaft sleeve piece, an upper rope groove wheel and a lower rope groove wheel. The four upper lifting belts are connected between the upper rope grooved pulleys of the four middle connecting assemblies and a main lifting hook of the crane in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the four lower lifting belts are connected between the lower rope grooved wheels of the four middle connecting assemblies and the four lifting lugs of the booster station in a one-to-one correspondence mode. According to the lifting device, four lifting lugs on the booster station can be vertically lifted, and the lifting device has the advantages of being good in balance, safe and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种用于大型海上升压站的四点吊装置,包括吊框架、四根上部吊带和四根下部吊带。吊框架的平面呈矩形并包括两根横梁、两根纵梁和四个一一对应地连接在两根横梁的两端和两根纵梁的两端之间的中间连接组件;每根横梁和纵梁均包括两个端头节和连接在两个端头节之间的中间梁段;中间梁段由若干根中间管节通过法兰板拼接而成;每个中间连接组件包括中间连接件、上、下销轴套件和上、下绳槽轮;四根上部吊带一一对应地连接在四个中间连接组件的上绳槽轮与起重机的主吊钩之间;四根下部吊带一一对应地连接在四个中间连接组件的下绳槽轮与升压站的四个吊耳之间。本发明能使升压站上的四个吊耳呈竖直状吊起,并具有平衡性好、安全可靠的特点。
