According to the technical scheme, a bearing screw and a first nut (6) penetrate through a corresponding lifting hook positioning hole A (10) and a lifting hook positioning hole B (11), and a first lifting hook (5) is fixed to the corresponding positions of the left sides of two steel channels (2); a bearing screw and a second nut (8) penetrate through the corresponding lifting hook positioning hole C (12) and the lifting hook positioning hole D (13), and a second lifting hook (7) is fixed to the corresponding positions of the right sides of the two pieces of channel steel (2); the lifting hook I (5) and the lifting hook II (7) are respectively connected with two lifting belts, the lower end of each lifting belt is connected with a connecting ring at the upper end of a lifting hook III (14), and the lifting hook III (14) is hooked on a main beam of the bobbin. The large-size bobbin hoisting device has the advantages that it can be guaranteed that the large-size bobbins in the transversely-placed state have enough stability and normalization in the transferring process, and safe hoisting of the large-size bobbins is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种用于线轴吊运的吊梁结构及其使用方法,属于线缆大线轴的吊运设备技术领域。技术方案是:承重螺杆及螺母一(6)贯穿相应的吊钩定位孔A(10)和和吊钩定位孔B(11),将吊钩一(5)固定在两个槽钢(2)的左侧相应位置;承重螺杆及螺母二(8)贯穿相应的吊钩定位孔C(12)和吊钩定位孔D(13),将吊钩二(7)固定在两个槽钢(2)的右侧相应位置;所述吊钩一(5)和吊钩二(7)上均与两条吊带连接,每条吊带的下端均与吊钩三(14)上端的连接环连接,吊钩三(14)钩挂在线轴主梁上。本发明的积极效果:能够保证横放状态的大尺寸线轴转运过程中拥有足够的稳定性和规范性,实现对大尺寸线轴的安全吊运。
